This private evening food trail moves across South Delhi to explore the city's kebab and tikka culture — from soft galauti and kakori kebabs to grilled meats and the unmistakably Delhi-style chicken tikka roll.

The focus is not simply on eating. It is on experiencing the different textures, preparations and styles that make Delhi's meat culture distinctive.
